    Can my husband adopt my son
    How does my husband adopt my son if my sons biological father is not on the birth certificate and is prison for cohersion.

    You get a lawyer, file a petition to have the birth father's rights removed (if he will not sign them away voluntarily) and file adoption papers.

    Get a family lawyer.
