    Chiller diff pressure
Our chilled water system is rated 4050 GPM 100psi with 40-45 diff pressure, is this differential the process demand? How can we use this to calculate primary chiller pump dynamic head and is this also affecting the secondary chiller pump TDH?

where do the 45 psi come from,is it estimate or actual cal? Total psi= head(height)+ friction(horizontal)+(equipment); plus at least 10 psi. what is the second pump for ,heat plate?. so you have at least 1500 tons?
