Better job boards for job hunters
What are ways that online job boards (monster, careerbuilder, etc.) could improve for job hunters? Anything to add or remove from these sites?

What about craigslist.org or depending on the job in need a site like allretailjobs.com

I have a bunch of sites at home, if I don't forget I'll pose it.

Ghost Hunters is a show on the SciFi channel. I am watching it right now and they are investigating a severely haunted house. For those of you that have seen it, do you know how real it is? Or is it just a hoax? Talking about the television show, not ghosts in general. :)
