    Are you a teen, if so, talk to you're a professional, couselor, pastor some adult that may help you get the help you need.

    I have been doing the same thing for 5 yrs and resently started quitting. I found friends who saport me, got riige of the things I used to harm, and found activiys that distract me from those feelings
