Holding steady at 6mg. A day. Using 2mg. Tablets now. My doctor slowed me down on the titration... she said I was doing great and there is no reason for me to suffer through it so much. I'll be practicing eliminating the mid-day dose... can't wait to be done with it, but I'm almost there. : )

This post slipped by me some how. Looks like your plan is moving right along and, as you say, you're almost there. Quite an accomplishment.

Back to 15-20 mg. per day. My 27 year old--my youngest daughter died 8 weeks ago.
She had a fatal asthma attack. I miss her so.
Still and ever more,

I'm so sorry. That is an absolutely devastating loss, I know from experience. Always here regardless of your need.

Taking Valium. What Do You Think and Know, Please?
[ 43 Answers ]
I'm having minor surgery in the morning where I will be awake and for which I've been prescribed some Valium prior to the surgery.
If you've taken Valium or are knowledgeable about it, I would appreciate learning about what you know.
For instance:

Gah! My voice is gone! (I think it's because maybe I yelled too much, but who knows?) It is raspy when I try to talk! Are there any ways to cure this? Home remedies? I DO NOT want to go to the doctors!!
Ack, one more question about my doxie

I will be moving back into my parents house in about a month or so, and they have two dogs, a male yorkie and a female shnauzer (forgive my spelling).
These two dogs are not trained at all, they are certainly the top dogs over the humans in the house, and have no obedience training whatsoever. ...
