Queen of the Desert is a great flick.

My personal favorite movies to watch post breakup (along with many of the others already listed here) are:

-"Legally Blonde" (with Reese Witherspoon) - Girl gets dumped by guy, is devastated, but gets total revenge in the end! It will also make you laugh. A cute chick flick.

-"Notting Hill" - the over and over breakup : )

-"Jerry Maguire" - I loved the ending... what happens after the breakup.

-"Pretty Woman" - a classic feel good movie, romantic comedy.

-"Dirty Dancing" - another classic feel good movie, romantic comedy.

-"An Officer and a Gentleman"- overcoming hardships along with two romantic storylines thrown in, and yes, breakups... the ending always made me a bit teary : )

-"Breakfast At Tiffany's" - classic Audrey Hepburn flick, I can't even begin to describe all that is great about this movie, but there is a romantic storyline, a breakup... but the end made me cry like a baby once again : )

    And last but not least...

"The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"... not the remake, watch the original 1974 flick... he he he. Imagine your ex boyfriend as one of the "tourists" in the old Texas farmhouse :D

I can't watch movies? [ 2 Answers ]

When I first got my laptop I could put a movie in and watch it. Now I tried it again like a month or so later it won't work? It keeps telling me to lower my screen resolution and I did that and it still didn't work. What could be the problem and how can I fix it? Thanks
