Too much oil in craftsman mower
For my first mow of the season, I didn't realize there was already oil in the tank and I added more, overfilling it. After I did this I put in new gas, and then started mowing. Soon after, the mower started smoking so I turned it off. It was then when I realized I had put in too much oil. My question is now how do I get it out? I can't tip it over because of the gasoline in there, right? Is there any other maintanence I have to do now?

    Thanks!

IS this a riding mower? Just unplug fuel line from carb and empty out gas from the bowl. Some drops may spill but that's going to happen...

Well if it's a push mower you can try unplugging fuel line and draining it out or just tip it and drain it that way, then drain oil
