    Who pays the plumber if water comes in condo through kitchen sink
    Who pays plumber if water comes in through kitchen sink in condo unit in Arizona. The association or tenant if water never originated in that unit.

    Yours is not a plumbing question and it is also unanswerable in such cryptic form.

    Water could never originate inside a condo unit unless you can figure out some way to make it rain in a condo unit.

    Please restate your problem in the context of what occurred.

    I will assume you mean a drain backup. Read your condo association rules and regulations . They vary by location, state and even condo.
