    Salary?
    I am filling out a job application and It says Desired salary and Minimum salary. What is Desired salary? What is minimum salary?

    It means what would you like to make for the job they are posting; and what is the least you will accept. Got that ?

    Just be clear that you may not get anything near your desired salary, so make sure you can afford to put a high minimum salary in case that's what you will get. My son just got a job and put an outrageous desired salary, and he received less than half of that. Hopefully, you can show why you deserve that desired salary. Good luck!

    Say "Open" or "Negotiable." Or, if you know what the job pays, put a range. If the job usually pays $12/hr. put down $11-15/hr.

    Is there a spoecific job you are applting for or just blindly completing apps all over?Where are you and what's the position and benefits, salaryies can vary great from area to area
