    Limitations on possession and intent to sell marijuana in Pennsylvania
    If you were issued a warrant on drug charges that were over two years old, is there a good chance that the charges will be dropped. Is there like a two year statue of limitations in pennsylvanis?

    Hello V:

    There might be.. But, once a warrant is issued, the SOL stops tolling. The warrant is good FOREVER.
