Does the pain come and go, depending on what you are doing or what position you are in? Or is the pain constant?

Are there other problems that might or might not be related, such as intestinal problems, headaches, stomachaches? Has your doctor treated those?

My suggestion is that you take my questions and your answers to a different doctor, if that's possible. In fact, keep a food and activity journal from now until your next doctor appointment. Keep track of what you eat and drink, what activities you do, any intestinal effects, pain levels and where that pain occurred, meds you take, and of course, note dates and times of all entries. So far, it sounds like the doctors don't have much to go on, so a journal like that will give you evidence of what is going on.
Does that sound like a reasonable idea?

I had groin pain (female) for 30+ years and a chiropractor traced it to my sacral nerve.
No internist, neurologist, gynecologist, or any other type of MD diagnosed it.
I had 2 surgeries to kill nerves and nothing helped (just a lot of numb skin) until I saw the chiropractor.
The pain returns when I exert but he helped a lot to relieve it and to eradicate 99% of further pain that went down my inner thigh to my knee and big toe.

I'm the kind of person who doesn't want to take pain pills, but instead wants to find out what is wrong and get to the bottom of it.
Can you go to another doctor for a second opinion?

Please let us know how this goes and what is done and how you react. Is going to a chiropractor worth a try?
