    Criminal summons
    My brother has been arrested on a criminal summons,saying he had received benefits.He did make a error on his unemployment but was paying it back out of his state taxes.Can he still be charged with this even though he was paying it back?

    Depends... what exactly did the summons say... minus names or addresses
