    What can I do if the landlord hasn't fixed the problems that he knows is wrong
    The central heating and air, the drainage leak from my kitchen sink, roof leak, master bed bathtub has 2 cracks no speakit knob or shower head

    In most European countries that's your responsibility to fix... as are water pipes etc...

    Or aren't you in a European country?

    Hello b:

    To begin with, you need to document the problems.. Therefore, write your landlord a certified letter spelling out the problems, and demanding that fix them.. Send you letter return receipt requested.

    That SHOULD get him going. If not, let us know. There's OTHER stuff you can do.
