Ok me and this guy have known each other for a year and a half. We are one of those high school couples that are "on and off". We went out for 2 months, but broke up in November. And when we broke up . He started to like this really really pretty girl. She's really nice and all... and she recently got into a fight with her friends, so she's been talking to him a lot more,so he got the idea that she likes him. Eventually, she told him that she doesn't like anybody in the school. Around that time, he told me he likes me again... I feel like he only likes me because she doesn't like him. He did the most to swear to me that he really likes me. He told me why he likes me and has been showing even more interest then he did when we went out... but... I get really jealous when I see them talking in the hallways walking from class. I hate how he's always texting her, even when he's talking to me. Does he like her too? Or is that jealousy just speaking?

You are the second choice. He doesn't even care when he's talking to you, he keeps texting her. If she told him she liked him, do you think he'd tell her he likes you and let her go?
