It will be quite individual, but many women opt for comfort over fashion, especially as a pregnancy progresses. Fortunately you can usually find things that can provide both.

Some women find a large cotton t-shirt to sleep in is roomy and comfortable. They may find sleeping in a bra provides more comfort than not wearing one.
Sweat pants or pajama bottoms can give additional comfort if someone prefers to have their legs covered.

One of the main things to consider with evening or work wear might be shoes. Balance can be off during pregnancy, and some women will have issues with pelvic and low back pain partly due to hormones that relax the joints. Wearing lower healed shoes, or flats, may provide more comfort. On occasion, a larger shoe size may be necessary as feet sometime will enlarge during pregnancy.

Some women like the cute pregnancy clothes, others would rather go for the more fashionable maternity wear available, and others will wear "regular" clothes that will still allow for their growing bellies and comfort.
