    Motion to set aside default judgment caifornia
    If you do not live/ work/anything at the address wherepaperwork was served to you. You did not sign for it, nor did the person that accepted the paperwork have authorization to accept anything for you , nor a way to get in contact with you, how could someone "accept the serving/ summons on your behalf"

    If they had no way to contact you, they should not have accepted service on your behalf.

    Who accepted service? Why was the paperwork served there if you allegedly had absolutely nothing to do with that address? The creditor obviously thought that was the best place to reach you.

    EDIT: Is this related to your other thread in which your landlord sued you for being late on rent?
