    Leaving before court date
    My cousin currently lives in FL and we had plans to fly him here on Monday but got papers in the mail saying he has court on Tuesday. Can he still leave and come here and let them know that he has ventured over to Iowa with me?

    Nope. He has to attend court in Florida until they're done with him.
