Paypal eBay
I just started an eBay acct because I need a paint program software.
I filled out the section to pay using my debit mastercard and it says unable to process.
I don't know what I am doing wrong. Is there something I have to do with the paypal or some step I am missing? It says I already signed up for paypal. Then it keeps telling me my session is over when I try to go back and do it again.
Can anybody help me figure out why its not going through?
I tried finding answers on the site but it keeps going to stuff that doesn't help any.
I have more than enough money on the card.

Check your internet firewall settings, your PC may not be letting you go through some steps as it is a secure site.
How long are you spending filling it out, the security on that site is pretty nuts and if you take to long it can log you out automatically.

I am talking to my daughter on the phone and she said I have to deposit the money into paypal first or something.
I think I am not using the paypal right or missed a step.
I will have to ask my son if it is the firewall or some security thing on the computer.

I never had to deposit money into paypal first but that is an option you can do.
I used my bank card and the money goes straight from there to pay-pal and then takes 3 days to clear before it goes to the seller.
I hope you get it sorted :)

I hope so too because it is the paint program that I do my abstract kalidescope art in and I like it way better than pro shop or correl.
I lost my other one about 20 years ago.
I have never seen any other ones ever until now.

Do they have any other pay options?
They might accept a bank deposit or cheque?
It's a little slower but if you contact them and tell them you are having a problem with paypal I'm sure they would do something else.

Paypal has a technical support number too somewhere on the site, my mum had to call them because she got charged twice for the once thing once.
If you can't get it working just send them an e-mail.
When I sell my artwork on e-bay I always put PalPal as my preffered methos but if someone can't pay that way I'm happy to take another method.
Sorry I can't be of more help :o

I went to this page.
It is the only one I can find for the pay pal.
It is ALL automated, even the part where you type in a question, and I can't seem to find anything that helps.

On that page, click on the part that says
Speak to us
Call us if you can't find your answer in the Help Center.
It will ask you to log in then I'm pretty sure it comes up with the help number for your area.

If you need programs like a paint program I keep track of the best freeware out there. Let me know your specs and I can offer alternatives that won't cost you a cent.

Forgive the image as I did this in literally 20 seconds...

And it does these effects...
I like that one of yours with the bubbles  very nice

That's a tough call when you are looking for one specific effect. Try looking at the specs for the higher end programs here: Best Free Digital Image Editor I use this site and trust it.

Your picture on the left is what I am looking for. Was that the pro shop?
When I used the pro shop I couldn't find that effect and I had a difficult time doing anything with it.
Also every time I found a pro shop program on the internet OR that I could afford it ended up being a timed limited edition that only allowed you to use it so many hours.

Here's the program from the manufacturer's site: Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 - Photo Editing
Corel use to be a Canadian company so I've known them for a while. They bought the company that used to make PSP - JASC.
