    Do I have Frostbite?
So I have a hole in my shoe, it's a pretty big hole, and I am buying new ones tomorrow, so I just dealt with them until I could get the new ones.
It was about -25C or maybe -30C but this hole in the shoe affected my big toe... now I walked for 15-20 minutes outside, with my toe exposed, and when I got to where I was going, my toe was numb, I didn't think anything of it, just that it was so cold, so then when I got home it was still in pain, just not numb.. and I didn't think anything of it, still, but today, it is still in pain. And some of the skin is pink, and othr parts white, it hurts to touch and to put socks on...

If you think that there is even a possibility that you may have frostbite, you need to go to the hospital and make sure that you are okay. If you are in need of new shoes, there are consignment shops and thrift stores that have cheap shoes to keep your feet warm.

It's obviously bad enough to post a question about on a site, you should visit the doctor just to be sure.
