    Clean your face daily. All you can do is wait for them to go down and keep everything clean and happy. I find a anti-biotic ointment helps them go down sooner.

    Also, add zinc picolinate or zinc gluconate to your diet. You can Google to find out which foods are rich in it, or buy capsules at the pharmacy. Try this for a month -- after checking with your doctor.
