    Ebola
    My fiancé was to fly out of Ghana, Africa yesterday. They told him he would have to be tested, but when he was going to leave a month ago nothing was said. Does he have to be tested ?

    Have you ever met this man in person? Is he asking for funds for the flight and now for the testing?

    And let me guess, he will now need more money to cover the testing and so on.

    No there is no required testing for this. No there is no medical required to travel

    There is no Basic Travel Allowance required (BTA)

    Ghana is the most famous place for dating fraud, and scams,

    The normal, they will ask for money for visa and /or passport, normally about 2 or 3 times the normal cost. Then money for plane tickets, and will say a prepaid ticket is not allowed. (but they are)

    If they have gotten all of that money, on the way to the airport one of these happen.
    1. a car wreck
    2, a government official requires a bribe
    3, they are robbed and /or attacked
    4. something happens at airport and they can't come

    Then they need more money, and again more, t

    Sorry but I will assume you never meet this person in real life. And may be for 3 months to a year have been chatting on email, with very little video.
