    Who is the manufacturer of a EBP6000B Electric furnace
    Do you have PDF owners manuals?

    Can you service this furnace?

    Is this a reliable Furnace?

    Did you lift off the front panel to look inside?

    You will find a local plumber, electrician, or heating contractor in your yellow pages.

    Maybe the people here who have experience with many furnace brands can talk about 'reliable' but that's best done by you, again using the magic of Google, such as 'furnace reviews' or 'furnace comparisons.'

    There is no other ID? I cannot find anything with that ID. We do not have manuals nor do we service same. Is it reliable?? Since I can't find who made it, can't answer you.

    I followed Joy's link. According to the PDF, EBP6000B is an AC unit, 5 ton. Prefix EHK is a heater.
