    Salary position... overtime compensation?
    Are there any regulations or laws, state or federal which mandates that salary employees get overtime pay for excessive hours worked? It is a management position with various physical and "executive" duties. (directing employees, making purchases, some paperwork)

    Nope. Sorry... your salary is your salary no matter the hours worked.

    Unless your pay rate is under the min pay required by either state or fed regulations

    Salaried employees are NOT entitled to OT pay.

    Period.
