    Can Child support garnish my social security and ssi
    Child support started to garnish my disability checks, can they do that

    Yes, they can - child support CAN be taken from your checks by Federal Law. It's a specific exclusion to the "no Judgments can be taken from the check" rule.

    Is the child entitled to benefits by virtue of your claim?
