You should be able to look on the label and it should tell you.
I just looked on my gallon milk jug (whole) and it said that it has 11grams of sugars per 8 ounce serving.
So, you can see right on the label how many grams of sugar are there.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention that 8 ounces = 1 cup. So your label may have cups and/or ounces.

So if I have a 8 ounce glass of milk. From a gallon of milk that has 14gram of sugar, How many grams of surgar will I get in the 8 ounce glass of milk?

Depending on which type of milk your talking about; whole milk, 2%, skim, fat free; BUt here's something to show you alittle' Low fat has about 14 grams, 2% has about 12 grams in one cup.

In a mild that has 14 grams per cup there will be 1 gram of suger per ounce of milk or 8 grams of suger for an 8 ounce glass of milk

In 8ounce of milk there is about 16grams of sugar, in chocolate milk there is about 22~24 and in chocolate milk there is about 24~26grams of sugar in it!!

Eight ounces (or one cup) of 2% milk contains twelve grams of sugar.

Per Serving:
In whole milk cream -- 4.8 grams sugar
In half and half -- 2.0 grams sugar
In 2% milk -- 12.3 grams sugar
In whole milk -- 11 grams sugar
In skim milk -- 12.5 grams sugar
