    I have a pain in my uper right back, its like I'm being stabbed?
    It s been going on for about 2 weeks and its worse in the morning when I wake up. If I do athletic stuff it hurts worse than ever and when I take deep breaths it hurts?

    well you need to go to a doctor, if it hurting when you breath you might have a crack rib or a broke rib they do run from the front chest to the back if that what it is it could punch you lung, try not to move too much and don't lift any thing till you see the doctor, yes you will need x-ray. Trust me you should go now.
