windows live messenger made serveral failed attempts to sign you...

It says that the windows is not in service and check your firewall, it could be blocking it

So does the boxes there, do I have to check mark windows live messenger or not check mark it

It doesn't work at all it says the same thing when the firewall is on and off

Hi I have a windows 7 labtop and I'm trying to sing in windows live messenger and its not working it says to change my firewall settlings cause its blocking it , can u help me
