My suggestion is to see a doctor so that you will know what not to do to that foot. I'm not big on taking meds so, ask if there is an exercise or specific foot movement that will help heal the foot....

I don't know if this has anything to do with age... But I am seeing my doctor next month and I'm going to find out.

Thanks, I have decided to see a orthopedic doctor. My pain and discomfort is a little worse and if it just takes an exercise or ointment then I can go for that because surgery is surly out.

I thought I was alone. Mine is on the outside of my left foot, right in the middle 1/2 way from my toes down, and 1/2 way from my heel up. It's like a burning sensation sometimes, then other times...
