Is the motor running, or are you just feeling for air flow? Coils can take a long time to defrost. Air conditioners freeze up for a reason. Probably low on refrigerant charge, or airflow problems...
-
NUGK--- sounds like a tempstar number to me. Try there or a tempstar dealer in your area.

Bad PC board, no high voltage, burnt fuse, bad transformer? Need to check for 24 volts from R and C thermostat terminals. If so then prob' a bad board. If not you need to see if high voltage is OK.
-
Sail switches are very rarely used in coleman furnaces. It is also unclear if this is a mobile home furnace or residential home, they have made both.
-
Ductwork under trailer and/or insulation could be damaged causing the cold air problem. Yes, there is no cold air return, it is actually the top door of the furnace where the filter goes.
-
Never seen a 1 ton residential A/C before. You will need at a least 3 ton unit, in most localities of the USA. Often you will also need an upgraded blower package, for many mobile home furnaces if...

I'm a little afraid to answer yes to this question. Installers (in my experience)use what ever wires are available. The red thermostat wire should be 24V from the dual fuel kit or air handler and...
-
This sounds like a newer sealed combustion water heater.
I've had no luck cleaning the bottom screen with compressed air or a vacuum.
You need to clean the bottom of the screen with a wire...

The fuse is on the PC board and is open. After you replace it, it may still be necessary to find out why it blew.
-
You are so wrong it is scary!! Natural draft in only under a tiny fraction of an inch water column of negative pressure. Do you know what a venturi is? How is it so many people get hospitalized...
-
You missed the first 4 letters of the model # in your post, however I'm quite sure that furnace fan relay is on the main board.
-
Could be very bad news or as simple as resetting a high pressure cut out, if the a/c was equipped with one.
-
Heat pumps can be very efficient in most parts of the country. Also the cost of a heat pump vs. A/c is not that much more money to install.
-
No, that system is communicating and can't be used with a conventional stat as far I know.
-
The coil of the contactor could be bad. Also low voltage wire to the contactor could have a short or the insulation is nicked. The pitted points and capacitor are all part of the high voltage side...

I don't think butane is what you want, butane is a gas at atmospheric pressure and room temperature.
-
It won't work, don't even try it.

-
Yes, as long as he puts r-22 TXV's on it will work just fine, but you won't be operating anywhere close to 13 seer ,maybe 11 or 12.
-
When was the last time it was serviced? Dirty coils or filter possibly
-
Does the outside unit come on?
-
You are applying 24 volts to the low voltage pins correct? Depending what pins you apply it to the motor will run the program for that input and run the appropriate program.
A true ecm motor is...

Geo will probably a slightly better choice.
-
Yes, the federal tax credit 30% has no limit making geo a nice alternative. Before I told you what the best choice is I need to know. What part of the country? What kind? Ex. Ground loop, open...

I'm afraid! Clothes dryer?

Your house will stay between 70 and 78. Over 78 the air will come on cooler than 70 the furnace will kick on, that is if the thermostat is set to auto mode.
-
Blower wheels break all the time. I'm not sure if you are trying to remove the whole blower housing from the equipment or the blower wheel from the blower housing?
-
Why is the ductwork not insulated?
-
-
A brush (like a bottle brush) and a vacuum w/ crevice tool is what I use
-
There is a screen on the bottom of the tank that is plugged with lint and dust.
-
Where is it freezing? At the coil, condenser? After a line drier?
-
How old is the water heater? Is it a newer sealed burner design?
-
Not a chance of getting that POE oil cleaned of any traces of mineral oil.
All you can do is hope there wasn't any of the old oil left in the lineset at this point.
-
Oh, I did remember. Manufactures actually found a single pole was more reliable than a double and cheaper too. Only 2 points to foul out. Only 2 points for an earwig to crawl under and a bit...

Jumper red to green, did anything happen?
-
Sorry I really don't understand the question.
-
Something is wired in series with this circuit and is opening.
24V into contactor will read 24 V out of contactor until the output is allowed to go to ground. So a wire is loose or a pressure...

With that said SEER is a crappy way to rate equipment. EER and COP are much more real numbers. Manufacturers have rigged the SEER test...

I always stock 2 pole contactors and wire them, for friends and family, as a single pole. If they ever go bad, I just use the other pole the next time they call me back. Bosses don't like this...

Guessing that is the PC board part number. Need more info, does anything work, outside, inside. Does fan run when cooling is on, does outside unit run?
-
Sorry, not sure. Design of ductwork is on possibility. Check filter, if that has an ECM motor it can wind way up to a very high speed if there is restrictions in the airflow.
-
What about the furnace or air handler model number, the problem is probably there.
-
Most likely yes, but is probably already on high, if so you need more HP
-
Need more info, depending on furnace brand, age, model. It could be a fan relay, PC board, fan center. Does the fan run when you turn the fan switch to on?
-
It can help, but the trade off is less dehumidifacation, that is very important in the way the air feels. It can even blow a mist of water, off the evaporator coil and into the insulation and...
