Mimiaj,
I have been using Mono off and on for a little while now. Chuck is right, if used properly and consistently, monobenzone can depigment your skin. However, you will most likely go through...
-
What are the ingredients in your new cream?
-
Did you buy the powder and mix yourself or did you buy the pre-made Mequinol tubes?
-
I think your best bet would be to stay with the doctor and try and pay for the prescription cause at least you know that the cream is legit. I get my cream from a pharmacy here in the US. I don't...
-
I seriously doubt that the cream you are using is true monobenzone, if you are seeing changes in three days. Monobenzone takes months even years before you see any results. Please be careful cause...
-
Pinky, I don't think there is anything that will lightening you up to 5 shades quickly. Even powerful creams like mono and HQ take time.
-
Also, Meladerm has helped me fade some dark scars on my legs. I don't know if would help your condition but may be worth a try. It takes weeks for the spots to completely fade but they will.
-
I would suggest going to a dermatologist for help. They may be able to prescribe some creams to help fade the spots.
-
Honestly, unless you get a prescription from a physician, there is no way of knowing if buying monobenzone is safe and authentic. I spent years and tons of money trying to find legit mono from online...
-
I do want to add, depending what country you reside, you should be able to get a prescription for monobenzone and insurance should pay for it.
-
Hi! I'm sorry to hear about your condition but I'm glad to know that you have taken the necessary steps to learn more about it. However, I don't have vitiligo. I have chosen depigmentation for...
-
Want,
First off, 60% is very strong for you not to see any results. However it can take up to months before you can see anything. After a month you should at least see some spots. Are you sure that...
-
Yes, I use it on my face from time to time. Usually, I will use a facial moisturizer with sunscreen. You need to use something daily to protect your face.
-
Wanttolight,
Did you ever find legit mono?
-
I make my own 30% mono cream. It is wise to start using around 20% just on one part of your body to see if you have any bad reaction, then working your way up. I am not completely depigged yet, cause...
-
I have been scammed too many times and found that there isn't a legit site that sells authentic mono cream. So, I make my own cream. That way I can be sure of the authenticity of all the ingredients.
-
Hey! You will need the powder in order to make the cream. Are you asking whether you should buy the ready made cream or powder and just make it yourself?
-
Nickol, I am wondering why any board certified doctor would "recommend" a patient who has vitiligo to use a internet company like Dayscience. Your doctor could have clearly and easily prescribed...
-
I just went to the Dayscience website and is very skeptical.
-
Latin, I just read your posts and saw that you have been using mono for some months now. How is it going? And, have you had any noticeable results?
-
Cyrus, I agree with your friend about getting the powder and having it tested. I am so skeptical about these online companies selling "mono lotions". You never know what is added or if the mono is...
-
Cyrus, Why don't you have your friend test the mono that you are using. When I used mono, my skin got extremely dry and dark, not really red. The skin gets dry, then sheds to show new depigged skin....
-
I use HQ 10% and have had no problems at all. I usually use it for about 4 months then stop. I have gotten extremely fast results at this strength, but I also use retin-a with it too. I get it from a...
-
Sorry Fair, but I have never heard of this product and is very skeptical.
-
-
LOL@ Poca! You are so welcome!
-
Ok, I think that you can buy Mederma from Drugstore.com
-
I'm sorry, it's called Mederma. I misspelled it. I bought it from Walgreens.
-
No, I don't believe that you are being silly. But, there was a girl on here that I know that had it tested and used it herself. She got found out that it was a TCA chemical peel instead of real mono....
-
Good luck, Poca. And I will help you any way I can.
-
Poca, I live in the US. I get a prescription strength HQ10% from a doctor here as well as retin-a. So, I'm not quite sure about mixing it. Overall, I think your complexion is great and it would not...
-
I applaud you for doing great research. I do agree with the mono and HQ. I have used prescription strength HQ 10% with retin a on my face only. In one month, my face lighten one shade. If you have...
-
That's OK, Poca. However, I can't share much. I am not completely done with using mono. I have started and stopped this year, but will finish this year. Mono is a lengthy process and you have to be...
-
I can't seem to send you a PM. If you can, send me a PM instead and I will respond.
-
Also, you will most likely not see any noticeable lightening or depigmentation in a month using mono. It takes months for results.
-
Poca, you are so pretty and I don't think you should lighten at all, however, I completely understand why. To answer your questions, fairnglow (india), Mac-Shifa (Ireland) are NOT authentic...

I will say this again. People don't fall for this Sam's scams. Don't Google anything. Go straight to a Dermatologist or Doctor and ask them if they have heard any research or skin lightener called...
-
I spent lots of money on your Benzyl Arbutin that was supposedly the best stuff on the market. I had NO RESULTS! I'm upset that you are now promoting some new and FAKE product using that same picture...
-
Whatever, Sam! You had that same picture and you were selling BA. You do remember BA don't you. Whatever happened with BA anyway. I thought that it used to be so good... now out of the blue comes DA.
-
I do, Sunshine, cause Sam said the same thing when he was promoting BA and when I saw these same pics, I fell for it.
-
Sam, none of these products from the following companies worked: mono.net/mono.com/herbalinn,
I was naïve and believed the stories about BA until I used it for months and nothing happened. I paid...
-
Sam, really? Cause years back when you were selling Benzyl arbutin, you said THAT was what caused your gradual lightening.
-
People, please don't fall for this latest scam. Don't Google deoxyarbutin, just go straight to a doctor or dermatologist and ask about it yourself. Or better yet, ask a pharmacist!
-
I remember and used BA with no results. It did absolutely nothing. I used it like an idiot for months. There was no such thing as Benzyl Arbutin. It was completely made up. I remember asking a...
-
Okay, Fairskin... You are right, I'm not a Pharmacist. I'm a Microbiologist with experience in chemicals. So, I do know what I'm talking about. Next, if the company owner was truly a dermatologist...
-
Fair, the bottom line is that monobenzone no matter which way you use it can cause patches. And speak for yourself when you say that "we" don't know how to mix mono. I do! I have done intensive...
-
Fair, what you are saying isn't making sense. I'm sure the "good supplier" that you bought your cream from had to use mono powder to make the mix. Everyone does, even pharmacies. So don't tell us...
-
People please do not be fooled by these fake companies and people trying to sell you mono. I would do research for myself.
-
Sunshine is completely right! Fair you are wrong and giving wrong information. Monobenzone and HQ will NOT cause any tingling on the skin if it is authentic and pure. Now, if you mix it with...
