Use 500mg only if you already have fair skin. But lightening requires at least twice that dosage. Try vitamins usa 500mg/60caps (P1900) twice a day or vit immune 1000 mg/60 caps (P3000)...

Don't peel or try anything that will strip skin off you. It will just look like you're in cling wrap. I've seen some women here with really reddish, cling wrap-looking skin.
