I don't have a husband.. so that's why I asked.. he doesn't want anything to do with his son.. he told us to burn in hell and get all the papers ready.. so I don't know what to do! :(

My son is fourteen months old and his father wants nothing to do with him.. how does he go about sign his rights over? We live in southern Illinois. Appreciate all of your help!
