Could have lost one leg of your 220v at the transformer or between it and your breaker box.

In my opinion to be safe you would need to use an ammeter to see how many amps it's pulling at full charge rate. They may have used the 30 amp plug for a reason!

Sounds like your pressure switch is going bad, fairly easy to change and not that expensive, just make SURE power is off before you start and put the wires back on the new switch just like they come...

On mine I was having the same problem and found the tube that goes to the exhaust blower sensor was stopped up with crud, might check that.
