As of today, I am 3 weeks late on my period. I have taken like 3 or 4 tests and they are all negative, and I still haven't started either... I plan on getting a blood test to make sure, I recommend...

Do I need Health insurance to get a pregnancy blood test?
I don't have health insurance and I need to go get a blood test done to see if I'm pregnant, How do I do this or where do I go?
