Lets clarify, have you ever been to this street in person? It would seem a self evident thing to figure out which house is which once you get there, and if in doubt, knock and ask a neighbor or two....

Follow directions and go to the one with 13 on it. Technology only gets you so far, you have to actually be there and see it in person to "get there".
