Just because I am still recovering from my last coloring- be CAREFUL how long it's left on-- my got burnt in the front and I have this little shock of frizzy "bangs" and I never had bangs before!!

Didn't help me much when I had it. Anything that went "wrong" seemed to be something in fine print that wasn't covered. And of course that old Murphy Law that things only went wrong before I had it...
