Make sure your safety switches are all good... one under seat... one most likely on mower deck, and one on you transmission/parking brake. If any are bad.. no spark. Easy things first.

OK I just went and looked... The old motor has 4 wires.. black, red, brown, and green. The new motor is exactly the same... 4 wires... black, red, brown ,and green. Same plug confriguration on...

First the compressor does come on. Second the cond motor has a plug on the end of the wiring. The plug is the same for the old and new. The supplier told me that it was the exact replacement motor...

So if I run a wire (jumpwire) off the "c" of the old to the right side of the 7.5 and then take the fan wire of the old and put it on the new (left side) then it should work ? Correct?
