Oh in ontario... and so technically what does serving probation do? Since its going to show up on record anyway, is it just that it won't show up for MOST record checks? Assuming that's the case...

If you served your probation and got your record and fingerprinting removed, how "clean" are you? Can you put NO when job application asks for criminal records? Will it show up for ANYTHING? As in...

Your diversion program is pre-determined I believe, as when I went there they just handed me a sheet with "diversion" indicated on the bottom... the court officer told me to go see a duty cousel...

For me it was just one hearing because I got the diversion program... the hearing is nothing like the ones seen on TV, just a small room with a judge and some transcribers... you don't have to say...

It wasn't in toronto but pretty close to it and it wasn't hbc, amount of theft was probably around 60~70 I think

I don't have a lawyer my best bet is a duty councel... another thing, this is what was told to me by the officer: call the crown attorney to set up an appointment to see him/her and he/she will tell...
