Like l went through the diversion program and was told my charges are now withdrawn. So l was wondering does that mean l have been convicted?

And if l was given an application asking if l have any...

Does it mean the charge is completely off and that l don't have a criminal record? Thank you for all replies in advance

So has anyone actaully tried to get their own criminal record check to see if its even on there?

L bascially did the same thing, anyone know if you will have a mark on the system profile saying something like:theft under 5000s, discharged or w/e and if so what can we do to remove it. THankx
