NO - there is no recorc pump. As mentioned, the plumber who installed it said (after the fact) that we needed one. BUT I believe that a recirc pump defeats the purpose of a tankless heater, at least...

The City inspector here (FL) does not check for temps.
THat is something the owner has to do in the walkthrough.
And the temps are wrong in too darn many places.
