I'm using XP Home and, yes, I typed it without the quotes. Didn't work. Says Windows doesn't recognize this.

"gpedit.msc" doesn't work. It says Windows can't find it.

Is there another way to get to the User Configuration?

An acquaintance showed me how to add my own words to the blue IE bar at the top of the screen. I now want to get rid of them (my own words) and don't remember where I was told to go to change this....
