No it will not lighten your skin. It will only make it softer and less acne.

No cream will get rid of freckles. Trust me. Maybe try 4% hydroquinone to lighten them up a little bit. But they will always be there.

I don't think Melederm is good for sensitive skin. It has very strong ingredients in it. My face is sensitive so only use a very small amount to lighten some age spots. I am also using it to lighten...
