I read this book when I was younger but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it.


It was about these kids that live in the ghetto. The ghetto was this created by the government and rejects, criminals, and the poor were confined there. Well these kids, and guy and a girl I think, are theifs for protection. They raid this house and they find a magical weapon that lets them walk through walls. On this island, they are on an island, magical wond storms come around and can either bless you or curse you. The main guy in the book was cursed. He had the ability to breath taken away from him.
