    Jack, it's not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's thread, I've moved your question to it's own thread.

    Could you tell us a bit more about your guinea pigs.

    How old were they?

    Where were they housed?

    Did they have signs of illness before they died?

    We need some more info in order to give you accurate advice.

    Also a good question to ask is what were you feeding them, were you giving them treats if so what kinds... were they something you were 100% sure they could digest proper... what about chew toys... some rodents etc.. Can not handle some kinds of wood.. like my chinchillas.. some wood can actually kill them even if they only chew on a little bit..
    Maybe heat stroke? was the water bottle working proper... genetic abnormalities are a posibility,



    Can guniea pigs get malcussion like chinchillas (where teeth grow irregurlary (spelling?) causing burrs, or even the teeth growing up into the head)
