    My ending 401 k balance is 622 but my vested balance is 1000 which do I get?
    I am fully vested so if I quit do I get my statement balance or my vested balance

    Normally your statement balance is what you will get, that is all that is left after the loses. Your statements should be showing how much is going in and how much loss is going out

    Where are you reading this? If there is only $622 in your account, then you will only get that amount. But maybe you are misreading the statement.
