    I too have found myself in the same situation. How and where did you end up finding financing? It's quite frustrating. I need all the help I can get. I've been told by my bank that you can't use it as collateral during the repayment.

    First, its not a good idea to piggyback on someone else's thread, especially one several months old. So I've requested this be moved to its own thread.

    Have you tried taking a loan against your 401K?
