    401(k) balance
    {Personal info removed}.did work for the company Kaiser Permanente Hopspital in Los Angeles Ca.90027 since 1986 through 2001,after my divorce,I went back home in the Philippines because of mother health condition,terminal dying of breast cancer and recently died,I would like ask find out if I'm legible/intitle to widraw... please help..

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    You have to contact Kaiser Permante. They still exist so you should have no problem getting in touch with their human resources department
