    How can I calculate energy of a sine wave?

    A sine wave is a mathematical concept. No energy is in a sine wave.

    If you had a sine wave of Watts, then energy is the RMS value of Watts per unit time.

    Your electric utility charges in KilloWatt Hours and it's calculated for a monthly time.
