    Why would my ex phone my mom and ask how I am doing?
    We been together for 5 years and things were pretty rocky and we had some good times. But why would he phone my mom and keep saying how I am doing every week and keeps saying were never getting back together and he creeps my Facebook too. Then told my mom maybe and year we can become friends. Is this just a stage were he has hard time to move on or his he trying to hurt me.

    Maybe he is concerned and wants to know how you are doing. Why not ask him yourself?

    I would but wants no contact from me.

    Plus he shouldn't be concerned, most people move on after a break up.

    Are you in a break? You suppose to provide as much information if you are looking for the help.

    If you are in a break, then you better tell your mother to cooperate with you and not with him. This means to stop answering his calls. And if he keeps calling she must block it, or to seek a help from a legal people.

    She supposed to help you whether you are wrong or not. This is how it goes. If you broke with him, that means that is what YOU want. If she believes you are wrong, then she can talk to you, but that's all. For as long as you are in a break, she (it is irrelevant who SHE is) must not do something that is in contrary to what you want.

    I have to agree its time to tell your mom to stop allowing him to contact her, or provide updates to you. It's a selfish mind game on his part.
