I really like this guy who's in a long distance relationship, and he has a lot of success in his job. I see him once a week, and my friends have notice he always stares at me like his eyes are fixed on me.

Lately he's been making more eye contact when he looks at me then he'll look down at my lips and look back up quickly he also smiles when he looks at me what could he be thinking, and does he like me? :/

Did you want this moved to psychics? No one can know what's on the mind of a stranger, and why are you so interested in a co worker who has somebody already?

Are you hoping he would want an office fling or something? More than likely he does like you, and he loves his LDR. Maybe he is being nice to the attractive co worker, since his love is not there for him.

It seems he has a crash on you.he loves staring at your face.guys usually exhibit their interest in girls in exactly the way he did.
Indirectly he is offering you a proposal.
There is no doubt that has interest in you or he likes you.

If you too like him then you should get closer to him in case you want to know him better.

Get in action before it is late.
